How to Play Baccarat

The Player and the Banker can also choose to have their hands concealed during the game. Previously, only the third card of a player’s and banker’s hands was dealt face up. This was to allow for the best strategy with limited information.
When playing baccarat, players must be sure to call the game “carte” if the hand’s total is zero. They must do this if the player has placed a bet on a total of four or less, or if the banker has a total of six or seven. This decision is a difficult one to make, and some players do not follow it.
